I took this photograph on the set of The Empire Strikes Back in 1979 at Elstree Studios. I was shooting the film’s cast for a People Magazine cover. I spent 11 weeks on the set. It was tough getting the poses correct for this abnormal shot: at the time, it wasn’t common for a cover photo to be an on-set photo.
