Alfred Hitchcock

$125.00$3,500.00

I shot this photograph of Alfred Hitchcock while on assignment for The London Daily Express on the set of his film, Family Plot (1976). Family Plot ended up being Hitchcock’s final film. In this photo, Mr. Hitchcock is showing me his pacemaker. I feel the shot conveys a great sense of Hitchcock’s humor.

Alfred Hitchcock

I was on assignment for London’s Daily Express when I shot this photograph of Alfred Hitchcock on the set of his film, Family Plot (1976). This was the last film that Hitchcock directed which starred Bruce Dern. In this photo Mr. Hitchcock is showing me his pacemake. The irony is that there’s a cigar in his mouth. Besides being one of history’s best directors, you do get a great sense of what Mr. Hitchcock’s humor was like.
